Established since 2019, GOBE & Co. – a multi-faceted business consulting firm is currently undergoing operational and business restructuring to be listed as a brand under APP. The move is strategically aligned with the brand identity, achievements, and sustainable business strategies.

By merging as a brand within APP, GOBE & Co. will be exposed to wider variety of client base. There were prior discussions for the brand to be included in APP’s portfolio before eventually the deal was accomplished officially in 2024. Post consolidation, GOBE & Co. is expected to strengthen the brand portfolio for PT. Asia Prestasi Prima (‘APP’) which houses curated local successful brands and is a holding company for their other businesses.

“This consolidation does not affect or disrupt any ongoing services provided by GOBE & Co. as it has been for the past 5 years. In fact, this strategy would help to drive up revenue and provide stable and sustainable growth.” APP’s representative, Caroline explained.

The consultancy will continue to affectionately be known by its branding of GOBE & Co., while operating under the formal entity of APP.
