Indonesia-based business consulting firm GOBE & Co. teamed up with Heartology and Rotary Club to bring Corporate Social Responsibility to another level. Distinguished for their business management, finance, and Public Relations strategies, GOBE & Co. has recently expanded its services to include impactful CSR for their clients.
This year on 17th August – Indonesia Independence Day, the team put together an event which included a seminar and medical & heart check-up.
During the session, participants are also encouraged to make use of the open consultation to further understand their heart’s health needs and issues. Leading senior heart surgeon – Dr. Suko Adiarto, Sp.JP(K), PhD from national heart hospital alongside experienced nurses were brought in for the session. The entire event was conducted for free as part of GOBE & Co.’s service to the nation.
Over 100 attendants including prominent business owners and leaders of the Rotary conducted personal networking and consulted on-site. Participants found the event to be successful and beneficial, and had requested to the organizers for the event to be made annual.
During the event, Dr. Suko shed lights on the relationship between glycemic index and heart health. Devices such as the ABI testing, glucose tester, and sphygmomanometer, were brought in for the complimentary medical check-up and result consultation.
This marked the first of such events collaborated with Heartology in Indonesia, conducted in West Jakarta. GOBE & Co. seek to partner up with more healthcare providers in the future to bring accessible healthcare to the communities.
As part of its Public Relations consulting services, GOBE & Co. also provides extensive collaboration on impactful CSR programs for companies in their effort to achieve organizational KPIs & OKRs. One of their most notable CSR projects include a recent one that focuses on Circular Economy to improve the quality of villagers’ life, increase economic & education index, addressing health issues through stunting eradication, and provide employment for the underprivileged all in an integrated sustainable high profile project in East Java.
